Start of FHTM Business

Ok, Yesterday I received a call from one of my friends who is also an employee of mine. His name is George. George says he needs to come talk to me about a few things relating to work and also to bring me up to speed about current things going on in his life. The meeting was casual and quite typical of George and I. We had some snacks in my dining room and talked about family, friends, business and what not. Finally he mentions how a friend of his is now involved in FHTM. This friend is a well-to-do type guy. Manages financials and is financially successful. I have seen the FHTM plan about 1 year ago and was interested but too busy with my freight brokering business, which was going well, to take on another "opportunity." However, at this time my Freight business is bringing in about 10% of it before recession revenue. This has made my current financial situation very dire. For the first time in 2 years I have been unable to pay all my bills. I get several collection calls everday, I owe Amex, Bank of America, HSBC (two cards!), JCP, Capital One, A window loan, A college Bill, and a host of medical related bills. All of which have not seen a payment for 2-3 months. Things are just so tight. My wife had our first child, Job Daniel, in November 08' and came home from being a runner at a law firm. So we are really desiring her to be with our son. He is just amazing.

Bottom line. I really need the income from FHTM. I had a hard time seeing the plan and how the money is made. But after sitting with George's friend, the financial guy, he explained it. The light went on and now I am wanting to get started. I have to do one of two things... work hard to build my freight brokering business, which is very good and provides a necessary service but can take 3-6 months OR MUCH LONGER WITH THIS ECONOMY to get the needed income in ($2-3000 a month). Or I can work FHTM and in 3-6 months have a growing business which will be more stable than the freight business and will take less hands on time to keep the income incoming.

Since I have been familiar with many multi-level marketing businesses and am also a skeptical person. I will keep an online journal of my experience over the next 3-6 months. This may be helpful to some.
